Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if all the following conditions are met:
- The product delivered is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect.
- The return request is made within 3 days of receiving your order.
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all seals, labels, and barcodes intact.
Note: Due to the sensitive nature of healthcare, skincare, and hygiene products, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened or used.
Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for returns:
- Medicines, supplements, or healthcare items that have been opened or used
- Items with broken seals or missing packaging
- Temperature-sensitive products
- Products purchased during promotions, discounts, or clearance sales (unless defective or damaged)
Return Process
To initiate a return:

within 3 days of delivery. - Include your order number, details of the issue, and photos if applicable.
- Once approved, we will arrange pickup (if available) or provide instructions for sending the item back.
After we receive and verify the returned item, you will be offered:
- A replacement product, or
- A full refund (excluding shipping charges)
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.

- For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be provided via bank transfer or store credit, as preferred.
